
威叔茶莊 Uncle Well Tea
In 1991, Uncle Wei, the proprietor of the tea estate, arrived in Maokong to cultivate tea gardens; to this day, he continues to grow authentic Tieguanyin tea trees using organic farming methods. Surrounded by mountains and forests, the estate offers homemade delicacies alongside experiential tea-making activities.
Key Renovation Points: A spatial transformation centered on "furniture styling," redefining every corner and zoning the space into "Display, Sales, and Service." Without the need for construction or remodeling, the style is refreshed solely through the addition of furniture.
1991年,茶莊主人威叔來到貓空開墾茶園,直至今日仍以有機農法培育正欉鐵觀音茶樹。山林圍繞的茶莊,提供自家美食之外,還有關於製茶的活動體驗。
改造要點:以「傢俱佈置」為主的空間改造,重新定義每一區角落,將空間分為「展示、販售、服務」的佈置規劃,不需動工裝修,僅以增添傢俱來改變風格。
